iTruck India was built to bring organised, professional, technology-enabled freight movement to the parts of India where logistics had historically failed. The Northeast. The Himalayan corridor. The hydroelectric projects of Bhutan. The mountain markets of Sikkim. We started where it was hardest — and that is what made us.
iTruck India Private Limited was conceived from a simple, frustrating observation: the most ambitious infrastructure projects in India — the cement plants of the Northeast, the hydroelectric projects of Bhutan, the road expansions of the Siliguri Corridor — were being held back not by capital, not by labour, not by engineering, but by logistics that simply did not work in those geographies.
Goods would leave Gujarat, leave Maharashtra, leave Odisha — and stop at Kolkata. From Kolkata onwards, project sites were at the mercy of unorganised, untracked, often unsafe transportation. Schedules slipped. SLAs broke. Project costs spiralled.
We were founded to fix that. With a single fleet of dedicated vehicles in the Siliguri-to-Sikkim corridor, an obsession with on-time arrival, and a commitment to compliance that made government and PSU clients comfortable signing with us.
Today, we operate 765 owned vehicles across 22 Indian states, are debt-free, and serve as the freight backbone for Dalmia Cement, Star Cement, L&T, Reliance, NTPC and the Pharmaceutical industry.
We are an unapologetically operational company. We do not chase trends. We move tonnage.
If we say it will be there at 6 AM, it is there at 6 AM.
We do not run overloaded. We do not under-document. We do not cut corners.
Every driver trained. Every vehicle PUC-current. Every PPE ISI-marked.
GPS, dispatch software, command room. Trucks are physical. Operations are digital.
Our drivers are not contract labour. They are the company.
