Operations Coordinator
Manage vehicle scheduling, loading coordination, client communication, and documentation for daily freight operations. Experience in road freight logistics preferred.
- 2+ years in road freight / logistics coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic ERP
- Strong communication — English + Hindi
- Understanding of e-way bills and freight documentation
Fleet Manager
Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, RTO documentation, tyre management, and driver compliance for our owned fleet of 765 vehicles.
- 5+ years in commercial fleet management
- Knowledge of MV Act, RTO compliance, emission norms
- Experience with workshop management and vendors
- Ability to manage multi-state permit documentation
BD Manager — PSU & Corporate
Drive new client acquisition in the PSU, infrastructure, and industrial logistics segments. Manage tender applications, capability presentations, and contract negotiations.
- 4+ years in B2B logistics or infrastructure sales
- Experience with GeM, PSU tender processes preferred
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals
GPS & Telematics Coordinator
Manage the GPS tracking system across our 765-vehicle fleet. Monitor live tracking, generate exception reports, and coordinate with operations on route deviations.
- 2+ years with GPS/telematics platforms (Uffizio, TrackoBit, etc.)
- Data analysis skills — Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to create client-facing MIS reports
- 24x7 on-call coverage rotation (shift work)
Accounts Executive
Handle freight billing, GST returns, vendor payments, and statutory compliance documentation. Experience in logistics or transport company accounting preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com with 2+ years in accounts
- GST return filing experience
- Knowledge of logistics billing and LR management
- Tally / accounting software proficiency
Regional Coordinator — Northeast
Coordinate Northeast India operations from the Siliguri hub. Manage Star Cement route operations, driver scheduling for mountain routes, and client communication for NE freight.
- Familiarity with Northeast India logistics geography
- 3+ years in road freight operations
- Knowledge of local RTO requirements
- Proficiency in Bengali / Assamese an advantage
